If you are having problems accessing a DVC Library database, try these steps:

  • Open up a different web browser - preferably one that you do not use often - and try logging in again. If this does not fix the problem, go to the next step.

  • Open an incognito/private window and try logging in again.

  • Clear all of the cache, cookies, and history in one of your browsers and try logging in again. 

  • If none of these steps work, please contact the library.
