Steps 1 and 2

Follow these steps if you are having database access problems:

  • Open up a new browser - preferably one that you do not use often - and try logging in again. If this does not fix the problem, go to the next step.
  • Clear all of the cache, cookies, and history in one of your browsers and try logging in again. 
  • If neither of these steps work, please contact the library
