  • Complete the Reserves Materials Request form.
  • You may put your copies of printed materials or library books and e-books on Reserve for 3-hour circulation.
  • Please do this before your students need the items placed on reserve, as it takes up to one week for the library to process new items added to our course reserves.
  • Your items on course reserve will appear in our catalog under your name and the course number.
  • If you have a printer, print it and include it with the material(s) to be placed on reserve. Please note that processing a request may take up to a week.
  • If you don’t have printer access, please include a handwritten note with the material(s) to be placed on reserve with the instructor’s name and course information.

If you have any questions, please contact Ricardo Ramirez for the Pleasant Hill campus or Amanda Choi for the San Ramon campus.
