Q. Can I download Microsoft Office onto my own personal computer?

All DVC students, faculty, and staff have free access to email and Microsoft tools like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and more.

How to download Microsoft Office 365 to your own computer or device:

Step-by-step:

1. Log into InSite.
2. Click the "Resources" tile.
3. Click "Free Microsoft Office"
4. Follow instructions from there

You can also install this way:

1. Log into your student email
2. Click on the App Launcher (the 3x3 dots in the upper left corner).
3. Click on "Microsoft 365"
4. Click the pulldown labeled "Install and more", then follow the prompts for installing the software.
